Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Procurement Leader for the SDS-MOPS organization within MedTech. This role translates commercial priorities into strategic procurement initiatives and drives value creation on a global scale.

You will partner with senior commercial leaders, shape category roadmaps, and lead supplier negotiations to deliver measurable savings and innovation. The position emphasizes transformation and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as the senior Procurement partner to MedTech commercial leadership teams.
• Translate commercial growth priorities into procurement strategies that support market expansion, distributor effectiveness and commercial excellence.
• Provide strategic procurement guidance to regional and country leadership teams.
• Shape procurement priorities that enable sustainable competitive advantage and support business transformation initiatives.
• Lead development and execution of SDS-MOPS category strategies.
• Drive supplier segmentation, category governance, demand management, sustainability, and digital and AI optimisation across all areas.
• Lead strategic supplier relationship management for key segmented suppliers; develop long-term partnerships and conduct complex negotiations.
• Deliver measurable procurement value through strategic sourcing, supplier performance improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across global, regional, and local procurement teams.
