Jobtailor is seeking a legally qualified professional to analyze and interpret corporate and private client documentation. You will support design and ongoing management of integrated corporate legal solutions and act as a core team member contributing to the firm’s reputation in corporate services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Business Management with a legal focus
• Experience in financial services, corporate law, tax advisory, trust environments, or similar fields
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong English communication skills
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, discreet, and able to work independently
• Enjoy structure and planning, while remaining flexible in client‑driven environment
• Motivated by learning, development, and taking on increasing responsibility

Responsabilités

• Analyze and interpret legal, regulatory, and fiscal documentation related to corporate and private client structures
• Support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of integrated corporate and private legal solutions
• Act as a core member of the team, contributing to CSC’s reputation as a proactive and trusted provider in corporate services
• Manage direct relationships with clients and prospects in Belgium and internationally, coordinating with lawyers, notaries, and banks
• Advise on the set‑up, optimisation, and maintenance of legal structures in line with regulatory requirements and commercial objectives
