Ethikos Lawyers is seeking a Corporate Partner in Brussels to lead the Corporate / M&A practice. This role offers significant autonomy and growth opportunities within an agile, internationally oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in Corporate / M&A with an existing client portfolio.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Strong transactional and business development skills.

• Develop and lead the Corporate / M&A practice in Brussels.
• Manage local and international transactions for Belgian and foreign clients.
• Strengthen and expand an existing client portfolio.
• Participate actively in the strategic growth of the firm.
• Mentor and develop associates within the Corporate team.

• Collaborate on cross-border transactions with international offices and partner firms
• Mentor and develop associates within the Corporate team
• Contribute to the visibility and market positioning of the practice

Ideal profile?

• 8–15+ years of experience in Corporate / M&A with an existing client portfolio
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
• Belgian qualified lawyer with strong transactional and business development skills
