Job summary

Liedekerke in Brussels is seeking Dutch-speaking or French-speaking law graduates with a strong interest in corporate law and M&A to start autumn 2027. You will draft, review and negotiate deal documents, and manage matters from inception to closing with client contact from day one.

Requirements include a Belgian law degree cum laude or magna cum laude, excellent English, and knowledge of Dutch or French; readiness to start bar internship and join a multilingual, professional team.

Our Corporate & Finance practice group is one of the largest in Belgium. By seamlessly combining their expertise and knowledge, our attorneys are able to quickly address our clients’ needs in corporate and M&A, whether these arise in Belgium or abroad.

We are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking and a French-speaking law graduate with a strong interest in corporate law and M&A work to start autumn 2027.

What we expect

• Is French speaking with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of Dutch.

• Will have a Belgian law degree cum laude or magna cum laude – additional education abroad and/or advanced master’s in Corporate/Business Law is a plus.
