Job summary

Liedekerke in Brussels is seeking Dutch-speaking or French-speaking law graduates with a strong interest in corporate law and M&A to start autumn 2027. You will draft, review and negotiate deal documents, and manage matters from inception to closing with client contact from day one.

Requirements include a Belgian law degree cum laude or magna cum laude, excellent English, and knowledge of Dutch or French; readiness to start bar internship and join a multilingual, professional team.

Qualifications

• French speaking with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of Dutch.
• Dutch speaking with an excellent command of English and a good knowledge of French.
• Belgian law degree cum laude or magna cum laude.
• Eager to start the bar internship at Liedekerke.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate deal documentation for corporate/M&A matters.
• Engage with clients and counterparts and manage matters from inception to closing.
