• The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on architectural depth to shape Core Banking, lending, mortgages and servicing.
• You will interact with Tribe Leads and IT Area Leads to align on target architecture and execution roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Aligns with senior architecture roles to translate business strategy into target-state architecture and roadmap execution.
• Define and drive the target architecture for Core Banking transformation across domains and delivery teams.
• Identify and facilitate key design decisions and produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
• Balance transformation ambition with pragmatic delivery and minimize technical debt.
• Define transition states, migration patterns, and decommissioning strategies for legacy platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering leads, business owners, and product teams to ensure feasibility and buy-in.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines, security standards, regulatory expectations, and global technology strategies.
