Job summary

TK Accelis Materials Belgium is seeking a CNC EHRT Operator to set up and run EHRT CNC punch and bend machines to produce copper busbars. You will review 2D/3D drawings and CAD/CAM specs to ensure accurate fabrication.

The role requires precision measurement with calipers and micrometers, tooling knowledge for non-ferrous metals, and safe operation of forklift and overhead crane as needed. Fluent English is required for technical communications on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brakes, metal punching, or bending machinery (EHRT EB 40 preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings, CAD layouts, and fabrication schematics.
• Proficient in calipers, micrometers, and protractors to verify tolerances.
• Experience selecting and adjusting punch/die sets for copper and aluminum.
• Forklift operation with certification is a strong plus; overhead crane experience is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of English for technical specs and communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate EHRT CNC punching and bending machines to produce copper busbars.
• Read 2D/3D drawings and CAD/CAM specs for electrical cabinets and server infrastructure.
• Perform precise dimensional checks with calipers and micrometers.
• Carry out tool changes, daily machine calibration, and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation on the production floor.
