Jobat in Belgium seeks a CNC milling operator for aluminium profiles. You will mill according to drawings, switch between serial production and custom orders, and handle ERP-based production orders.

Responsibilities include machine setup, loading/unloading, recording quality data, and performing basic maintenance. You will ensure quality with calipers and measuring tools and contribute to continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC milling of aluminium profiles.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Familiarity with quality records and inspection procedures.

Responsabilités

• Milling aluminium profiles according to technical drawings.
• Work on both serial production and custom orders.
• Use ERP to process production orders.
• Set up and prepare the milling machines and tools.
• Load and unload the machines.
• Record and monitor quality data via control sheets.
• Perform first-line maintenance on the machine.
• Carry out quality checks on own milled pieces using calipers and measuring tools.
