Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead for its Belgium FM organization in Beerse/Geel. You will lead technical warehouse operations, ensure material availability for maintenance, and drive process improvements across SAP workflows and KPI reporting.

Based in Belgium, you will collaborate with maintenance, procurement, compliance, and finance, translating business needs into system requirements and governance actions to improve service levels and cost

Johnson & Johnson FM Belgium is recruiting a Performance and Continuous Improvement Lead reporting to the FM Strategy, Finance and Portfolio Sr Manager, Synthetics. This role will be based in Belgium.

Position summary De Magazijn Lead leidt de werking van de technische magazijnen en dagdagelijkse processen binnen J&J België. De functie waakt over de continuïteit van materiaalbeschikbaarheid voor onderhoud, verhoogt de betrouwbaarheid van voorraad- en procesdata, en vertaalt operationele noden naar duidelijke verbeteracties, governance, rapportering en systeemvereisten. Veiligheid, compliance, servicebetrouwbaarheid, kostenbewust werken en praktische procesverbetering staan hierbij centraal. Dit is een uitgelezen kans voor een ervaren leider die volgende taken kan combineren: operationeel leiderschap, people management, customer focus, financiële verantwoordelijkheid en continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Ondersteunen en optimaliseren van de technische magazijnwerking voor spare parts, verbruiksgoederen en materialen, met aandacht voor beschikbaarheid, veiligheid, kwaliteit en compliance.
• Analyseren van stockbetrouwbaarheid, voorraadniveaus, verbruiken, slow movers, min/max-parameters, reorder points en lead times; vertalen van de analyses naar concrete verbeteracties en kostoptimalisaties.
• Bewaken en verbeteren van master data en procesdata in SAP en gelinkte rapporteringen, waaronder materiaalgegevens, bestelinformatie, voorraadparameters, reservaties en operationele KPI’s.
• Fungeren als SME voor SAP/S/4HANA-gerelateerde magazijnprocessen: input leveren voor design, testing, go-live, training, gebruikersvragen en procesafstemming.
• Opvolgen van operationele issues zoals missing shipments, foutieve of ontbrekende referenties, afwijkingen tussen onderhoudsorders en magazijnflows, stockverschillen en procesblokkades.
• Uittekenen, documenteren en verbeteren van processen rond ontvangst, opslag, picking, reservaties, uitgifte, retouren, inventaris, stockcorrecties en escalaties.
• Coördineren met interne stakeholders zoals maintenance, procurement, compliance, finance, site leads en technische teams om materiaalbeschikbaarheid en procesduidelijkheid te verbeteren.
• Samenwerken met externe partners en leveranciers, waaronder on-site warehouse partners en contractorfirma’s, om service levels, afspraken, SLA’s en operationele uitvoering op te volgen.
• Voorbereiden van managementcommunicatie, steering committee input, audit-proof samenvattingen, actieplannen, procesflows en visuele rapporteringen rond magazijn hema’s.
• Ondersteunen van governance en compliance voor magazijnprocessen, inclusief procedure-afstemming, bewijsvoering, training, afwijkingsopvolging en verbetermaatregelen.
• Vertalen van businessbehoeften naar duidelijke vereisten voor systemen, rapportages, dashboards en toekomstige warehouse management flows.
• Onderhouden van een sterke samenwerking met de operationele magazijnteams en de gebruikersorganisatie, met focus op helderheid, eigenaarschap en snelle probleemoplossing.
• Coördinator equivalentieprocess binnen de afdeling.

Required qualifications

• Vlot in de Engelse en Nederlandse taal
• Kennis van spare parts, technische magazijnprocessen en voorraadbeheer.
• Sterke kennis van SAP ECC/S/4HANA & Microsoft office
• Praktische ervaring met operationele data, transacties, rapporten en procesflows.
• Analytisch sterk: data kunnen interpreteren, afwijkingen detecteren en omzetten naar duideijke acties.
• Procesmatig en gestructureerd kunnen werken, met oog voor standaardisatie, governance en compliance
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om technische, operationele en managementcontexten met elkaar te verbinden.
• Stakeholdermanagement met maintenance, procurement, compliance, finance, leveranciers en externe warehouse partners.
• Pragmatisch probleemoplossend vermogen in dagelijkse operationele situaties en bij escalaties.

• Bachelor/master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in supply chain, engineering, operations, logistiek, technische magazijnen.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: €72’500.00 - €115’230.00
