Johnson & Johnson Geel site seeks a capable professional to lead the Mobile Equipment Cleaning group, ensuring safe, compliant and timely cleaning and provisioning of mobile production equipment. You will guide process improvements and act as SME for critical equipment, while coordinating maintenance and startup activities.

We value a strong engineering background, GMP knowledge, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Chemical Technology, Bio-engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or equivalent by relevant work experience.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnological, chemical manufacturing environment or other highly regulated sector.
• Experience with process improvement, technical support, engineering projects or manufacturing activities.
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory compliance is a strong plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects is a valuable asset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive operational excellence by improvements in safety, quality, compliance, reliability and efficiency within Mobile Equipment Cleaning.
• Lead investigations into deviations and recurring issues; identify root causes and implement durable corrective actions.
• Ensure and strengthen audit readiness through robust GMP-compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for processes, systems and equipment within Mobile Equipment Cleaning.
• Lead and support projects focused on process optimization, capacity expansion, reliability improvements and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate technical activities including shutdowns, start-ups, maintenance interventions and operational improvement projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders such as Operations, QA, MSAT, Engineering, E&PS, Safety and Maintenance.
• Develop and optimize procedures, work instructions, training materials and operating standards.
• Monitor KPI's and initiate performance improvements.
• Support departmental management and act as the Mobile Equipment Lead replacement when needed.

De afdeling Mobile Equipment Cleaning is een essentiële schakel binnen de productieactiviteiten op de site van Geel. Deze organisatie draait 24/7 en bestaat uit ongeveer 35 operatoren en 5 ondersteunende medewerkers die instaan voor het veilig, compliant en tijdig reinigen, voorbereiden en beschikbaar stellen van mobiele productieapparatuur ter ondersteuning van een groeiend en evoluerend productienetwerk.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Bevorderen van operationele excellentie door verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, compliance, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie binnen de afdeling Mobile Equipment Cleaning.
• Leiden van onderzoeken naar afwijkingen, terugkerende problemen en operationele uitdagingen, inclusief het identificeren van grondoorzaken en het implementeren van duurzame corrigerende maatregelen.
• Waarborgen en versterken van auditgereedheid door middel van robuuste GMP-compliance en continue verbeterinitiatieven.
• Fungeren als Subject Matter Expert (SME) voor processen, systemen en apparatuur binnen Mobile Equipment Cleaning.
• Leiden en ondersteunen van projecten gericht op procesoptimalisatie, capaciteitsuitbreiding, verbetering van betrouwbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie.
• Coördineren van technische activiteiten, waaronder shutdowns, opstartactiviteiten, onderhoudsinterventies en operationele verbeterprojecten.
• Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire stakeholders zoals Operations, QA, MSAT, Engineering, E&PS, Safety en Maintenance.
• Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van procedures, werkinstructies, trainingsmateriaal en operationele standaarden.
• Monitoren van afdelings-KPI's en initiëren van prestatieverbeteringen.
• Ondersteunen van het afdelingsmanagement en optreden als vervanger van de Mobile Equipment Lead wanneer nodig.

Kwalificaties

Opleiding

• Bachelor- of masterdiploma in Engineering, Industriële Wetenschappen, Chemische Technologie, Bio-engineering, Farmaceutische Wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.

Ervaring

• Ervaring binnen een farmaceutische, biotechnologische, chemische, productie-omgeving of een andere sterk gereguleerde sector.
• Ervaring met procesverbetering, technische ondersteuning, engineeringprojecten of productieactiviteiten.
• Kennis van GMP-richtlijnen en regelgevende compliancevereisten is een sterke plus.
• Ervaring met het leiden van cross-functionele projecten is een belangrijke meerwaarde.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is

€60.000,00 - €96.255,00
