Aubay Belgium seeks a Conversational AI & LLM Expert to design, deploy and optimize conversational AI and LLM solutions within a public sector context.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve user journeys, ensure security and governance, and integrate AI services into the IT ecosystem. The role offers both permanent and freelance long‑term contracts, with a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in chatbot, AI, UX, and LLM projects.
• Knowledge of Python, LangChain, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot, and Git.
• Experience with cloud architectures, microservices, CI/CD, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of NLP, Prompt Engineering, RAG, vector search, and AI governance.
• Strong communication skills in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
• Develop and integrate LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI APIs.
• Contribute to conversational UX design and improve user journeys.
• Ensure security, governance and GDPR compliance for AI solutions.
• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring and operational practices for AI services.
• Produce technical documentation, recommendations and reports.
