Aubay Belgium is seeking a Conversational AI & LLM Expert for a long-term assignment in the public sector. You will design, deploy, and optimize conversational AI and LLM solutions, ensuring quality, security, UX, and seamless integration within the IT ecosystem.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance conversational user journeys, ensure reliability and compliance with GDPR and Responsible AI, and contribute to DevOps, monitoring, and governance across AI services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in chatbot, AI, UX, and LLM projects.
• Strong knowledge of Python, LangChain, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot, and Git.
• Experience with cloud architectures, microservices, CI/CD, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of NLP, Prompt Engineering, RAG, vector search, and AI governance.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills in English; Dutch and/or French a plus.
• Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

On behalf of our client operating in the public sector, we are recruiting a Conversational AI & LLM Expert for a long-term assignment.

As a Conversational AI & LLM Expert, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing conversational AI and LLM solutions, ensuring high standards of quality, security, user experience, and integration within the broader IT ecosystem.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative AI solutions, improve conversational user journeys, and ensure that AI services are reliable, secure, and aligned with business and technical requirements.

Tasks:

Here are the main tasks you’ll be involved in:

• Design and implement chatbots and conversational AI solutions.
• Develop and integrate LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI APIs.
• Contribute to conversational UX design and continuously improve user journeys.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance, including GDPR and Responsible AI principles.
• Implement DevOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational practices for AI solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, recommendations, and reports.
• Collaborate closely with business, architecture, infrastructure, development, and support teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of conversational AI solutions.

Profile:

• Proven experience in chatbot, AI, UX, and LLM projects.
• Good knowledge of Python, LangChain, REST APIs, Java/Spring Boot, and Git.
• Experience with cloud architectures, microservices, CI/CD, Docker, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of NLP, Prompt Engineering, RAG, vector search, and AI governance.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication (English with Dutch and/or French), analytical, and technical writing skills.
