Black Box Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead control room projects across EMEA. You will steer multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets (€100k–€10M), and ensure on-time, quality delivery for critical environments. Hybrid work in Central Europe with up to 50% travel.

Fluent English and German required, with additional EU languages a plus. Qualifications include a engineering/AV background and 2–5 years in end-to-end project management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management delivering control room, KVM, and/or Professional AV integration projects.
• Experience with multi-site, multi-vendor EMEA projects.
• Familiar with 24/7 operations, uptime SLAs, and cybersecurity considerations.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Delivery from initiation to handover and close.
• Financial control: budgets, cost tracking, invoicing.
• Planning & scheduling with integrated milestones and critical path.
• Risk, quality and safety leadership for projects.
• Stakeholder management including steering committees and vendors.
• Technical coordination with engineering and solution teams.
• Contracting: variations, change orders, SLAs, handover docs.
• Travel up to 50% across EMEA for sites and audits.
