Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking an International Project Manager to lead complex installation projects, coordinating clients, engineering teams and subcontractors across Western Europe while working remotely.

You will manage projects from initial planning through to final installation and delivery, align resources and schedules, and ensure every project meets timelines, budgets and quality standards in an international, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management in engineering/manufacturing/construction.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Hands-on approach to PM and problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and manage requirements.
• Good command of English; Dutch/French/German beneficial.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning to installation and delivery.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Act as main contact for clients, subcontractors, internal teams.
• Participate in kick-offs, technical discussions, planning, site inspections.
• Coordinate engineering activities and site preparation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor costs, timelines, and quality.
• Supervise on-site installation with subcontractors/teams.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.
