TiTANS Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ERP/SAP projects in Belgium. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, define and control the project plan, and serve as the primary liaison with the supplier to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and hands-on experience with SAP Activate or similar methodologies. You will coordinate go-live, hypercare, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Project Manager for ERP or SAP projects.
• Experience with SAP ECC implementations or optimisation programmes.
• Demonstrable experience with projects of comparable scope and complexity.

Purpose of the role:
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, planning, monitoring and coordination of the project. He/she ensures that the project objectives are achieved within the scope, timeline, budget and quality requirements, and acts as the primary point of contact between the organization and the contractor.

Key responsibilities:

• Mobilising and leading the project team.
• Drawing up and maintaining the project plan.
• Coordinating all project activities and resources.
• Monitoring scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Acting as the central point of contact between the organization and the supplier.
• Organising and facilitating project meetings, workshops and steering groups.
• Identifying, monitoring and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Monitoring project dependencies and escalations.
• Ensuring timely decisions, approvals and deliverables.
• Reporting on progress, budget utilisation and remaining work.
• Co-ordinating the transition to go-live, hypercare and operational support.
• Ensuring knowledge transfer and project closure.
• Experience with SAP Activate or similar implementation methodologies.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with budget monitoring, risk management and project governance.
• A results-oriented and proactive attitude.

Desired level of experience:

• At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager for ERP or SAP projects.
• Experience with SAP ECC implementations or optimisation programmes.
• Demonstrable experience with projects of comparable scope and complexity.
