Aubay Belgium is seeking a Content Designer to develop AI-driven conversational experiences for public-sector clients. The role focuses on designing dialogues, defining tone of voice, and shaping content strategy across chatbots and assistants.

You will collaborate with AI, development, and business teams to deliver accessible, high-quality conversations. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with proven chatbot/UX/AI content design experience, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in chatbot, AI, UX, and Content Design projects.
• Good knowledge of conversational AI, NLP, and Prompt Engineering.
• Understanding of UX principles, WCAG accessibility standards, information architecture, and content strategy.
• Experience with Botpress, Voiceflow, Rasa, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication (English with Dutch and/or French), analytical, and writing skills.

On behalf of our client operating in the public sector, we are recruiting a Content Designer for a long-term assignment.

As a Content Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging AI-driven experiences, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing conversational journeys, ensuring AI solutions provide a consistent, accessible, and effective user experience.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define content strategies, improve user interactions, and contribute to the continuous evolution of conversational AI solutions.

Tasks:

Here are the main tasks you’ll be involved in:

• Design dialogues, content, and conversational journeys for chatbots and AI assistants.
• Define tone of voice, content strategy, and user experience (UX) guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with AI, development, architecture, and business teams to deliver high-quality conversational experiences using tools such as Botpress, Voiceflow, and Rasa.
• Analyse user feedback and continuously improve conversational journeys based on insights and best practices.
• Produce documentation, recommendations, and reports to support the design and governance of AI solutions.
• Participate in testing activities, governance processes, and Agile ceremonies while promoting Agile best practices.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in chatbot, AI, UX, and Content Design projects.
• Good knowledge of conversational AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Prompt Engineering.
• Understanding of UX principles, WCAG accessibility standards, information architecture, and content strategy.
• Experience with Botpress, Voiceflow, Rasa, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication (English with Dutch and/or French), analytical, and writing skills.
