Content & Campaign Marketer
Location: Leuven, Belgium | Contract: Full-time
The role
Content and campaigns are at the core of this role. You help drive Xeryon's thought leadership in precision motion, turning the know-how of our R&D team and engineers into content that technical buyers read and trust. You then bring that content to the right people through well‑run campaigns and nurture flows that turn interest into pipeline. You look at everything through an analytical lens: what works, why, and what to change next.
What you will do
Content and thought leadership
- Help drive Xeryon's thought leadership: editorial plan, themes and formats.
- Write and edit content yourself: articles, application stories, web copy, emails, webinar and event content.
- Work closely with our R&D team and engineers to capture their expertise and translate it into clear, credible content.
- Independently research the market, competing technologies and applications, and connect the dots on where and why Xeryon is a strong replacement for existing alternatives. Turn these insights into positioning and content.
- Create, manage and publish content on our WordPress website, in coordination with our digital expert who leads the website.
Campaigns and nurture
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across paid search and paid social, focused on qualified leads rather than volume.
- Design and run nurture, growth and activation flows across the customer journey.
- Support account based marketing programmes for key target accounts, together with sales.
Analysis and optimisation
- Measure content and campaign performance (e.g. in Google Analytics and CRM).
- Analyse nurture flows: where leads engage, where they drop off, and what moves them forward.
- Turn data into clear recommendations and act on them.
Coordination
- Keep multiple projects on track and coordinate with sales, R&D, management, and external partners.
What you bring
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a clear track record in both content and campaign management.
- A strong writer in English who can make technical topics clear without oversimplifying them.
- Hands‑on experience building and optimising nurture flows, including how to measure them.
- An analytical mindset: you are comfortable with data and use it to make decisions.
- Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics.
- Experience with account‑based marketing.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Digitally savvy and curious about new tools, including AI.
- You thrive in a deeply technical environment and enjoy learning how the product works.
Strong plus
- SEO and SEM experience.
- Experience in an engineering, industrial or high‑tech company.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Dutch or French.
