You will own supplier quality and ensure ISO standards, leveraging data to identify trends and improvements. A Master’s in Engineering and 5+ years in a high-tech manufacturing quality role are required, with fluency in English and Dutch a plus.

You will lead quality assurance across the entire lifecycle—from innovative product development to high- tech production. By driving structured problem-solving and mentoring junior talent, you ensure our motion control solutions remain world-class. You are the bridge between technical precision and continuous improvement.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our high-tech products and processes. Together with the dedicated Quality team, you will take ownership of both internal and supplier-related quality standards. To achieve this, you will focus on the following core responsibilities:
