• Requires 8–10 years in Consumer Healthcare, Self-Care, OTC, Wellness, FMCG or related commercial healthcare environment.
• Proven expertise in Revenue Growth Management, pricing/promotional optimization, category management, consumer & shopper insights, omnichannel activation, and commercial performance measurement.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end consulting projects from problem definition to actionable recommendations.
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders, translating analyses into clear business actions.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery and measurable client impact.
• Develop and deliver solutions across revenue growth management, category management, consumer pathways, and go-to-market strategies.
• Integrate and analyze multiple data sources to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client discussions.
• Coach and mentor analysts and consultants to ensure quality and consistency of deliverables.
