Sia is seeking bright and dynamic consultants to join our transformation projects. You will contribute to intelligent data structuring, analysis, benchmarks, interviews, and workshop facilitation across industries.

You will take up team support roles and help build our knowledge base through workshops, publications, and seminars. Ideal candidates hold a Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering and have 0–3 years of consulting experience.

Qualifications

• University Master Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years' experience as a consultant.
• Outstanding collaborative team player and good communication skills.
• Strong interest in Energy and AI-related topics.
• Analytical mind, able to synthesize into conclusions.
• Autonomous, dynamic, results-oriented, rigorous and committed.
• You speak French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work on transformation projects at client sites and support teams.
• Execute project assignments including data structuring, analysis and benchmarks.
• Conduct interviews, workshop animation and process mapping.
• Develop functional specifications and contribute to knowledge exchange.
• Collaborate proactively in a fast-growing consultancy and travel if required.

As a business consultant, you will be involved in transformation projects at our clients. You will execute project assignments, including intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarks, interviews, workshop animation, process mapping, functional specifications, etc. As fast as possible, you will take up team support roles. You will get the opportunity to contribute actively to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, seminars,…) within the business units of the different industries we serve.

Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast growing company.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years' experience as a consultant

• Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you're excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Languages: Trilingual French, Dutch and English. If you also speak German fluently, that's a great plus!
• Prepared to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands)
