CTRL-F in Ghent region is seeking a Calculator to join our construction team. You will analyse tender files, define project flow based on technical and financial insight, and participate in start-up meetings with the work planner, site manager and calculator.

You will maintain contact with various stakeholders, lead site meetings to report progress, monitor safety guidelines on site, and draft and monitor budgets to anticipate deviations. You report to the Business Unit Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Electromechanics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project-based position as a calculator.
• Strong knowledge of project preparation and project follow-up.
• Good communication skills.
• Independent, stress-resistant and able to work with colleagues.

Responsabilités

• You analyse the tender file.
• You define the entire project flow based on your technical and financial insight.
• You attend start-up meetings and review specifications with the planner, site manager and calculator.
• You maintain contact with various parties to make projects a success.
• You lead site meetings to report progress.
• You monitor predefined safety guidelines on site.
• You draw up a budget and follow it up in time to anticipate deviations.
• You report to the Business Unit Manager.
