CTRL-F in Ghent region is seeking a Calculator to join our construction team. You will analyse tender files, define project flow based on technical and financial insight, and participate in start-up meetings with the work planner, site manager and calculator.

You will maintain contact with various stakeholders, lead site meetings to report progress, monitor safety guidelines on site, and draft and monitor budgets to anticipate deviations. You report to the Business Unit Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Electromechanics or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a project-based position as a calculator.
• Strong knowledge of project preparation and project follow-up.
• Good communication skills.
• Independent, stress-resistant and able to work with colleagues.

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Electromechanics or equivalent through relevant experience.
• You can look back on a minimum of 5 years' experience in a project-based position as a calculator.
• You have strong knowledge of project preparation and project follow-up.
• You have good communication skills.
• You are independent, stress-resistant and enjoy working with colleagues.
