Ayvens seeks a compliance professional to manage local regulatory requirements and risk across its perimeter. You will coordinate policy rollout, monitor controls, and advise management on non-compliance or reputational risks tied to new products or changes.

The role emphasizes project-based collaboration, audits experience, and strong English communication with French/Dutch as a plus. You will work with Ayvens central teams and contribute to training and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment, risk, and legal activities in finance.
• Experience with internal/external audits or equivalent.
• Knowledge of control techniques to identify compliance risks and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with local and group regulations and handle exemptions when needed.
• Coordinate implementation of policies with stakeholders in a project-based setup.
• Implement monitoring, surveillance, and controls to prevent or detect compliance risks.
• Perform regular non-compliance risk assessments and escalate incidents to committees.
• Back test first level controls and support governance processes.
• Advise management on non-compliance and reputational risks related to new products or changes.
• Oversee the compliance program for the defined perimeter and liaise with central teams.
• Lead comitology and training actions to engage the business unit.
