ENTSO-E is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead our rewards strategy and ensure reliable payroll and benefits operations. You will direct a 3–4 person team, partner with senior management, and drive HR systems modernization in a collaborative, international setting from the ENTSO‑E Secretariat in Brussels.
You will bring 10+ years in C&B and Payroll, deep Belgian social legislation expertise, and strong financial acumen, along with English fluency and professional knowledge

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our People, Talent & Culture team, and who is ready to take ownership of ENTSO‑E’s rewards strategy and ensure reliable, high‑quality payroll and benefits operations.
In this role, you will oversee a team of 3-4 people, act as a trusted advisor to senior management, and steer the development of our HR systems and processes. If you combine strong technical expertise with a people‑centred approach and enjoy working in a collaborative, international environment, this position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organisation.
You will work in the ENTSO-E Secretariat in Brussels, reporting to the Head of People, Talent & Culture.

ENTSO-E is the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity. We coordinate the cross‑border system operations, system development and electricity market activities of the 40 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) which cover 36 countries. The ENTSO‑E Secretariat in Brussels provides support on technical, market and policy developments for all European TSOs in their cooperation with each other, in their joint fulfilment of their legal mandates, and in the intensive interactions with EU decision‑makers, regulatory agencies, associations representing network users and other stakeholders.
