Jobat is recruiting on behalf of a major Belgian beer producer in Flemish Brabant. The Commercial Coordinator will optimize commercial, logistics and sales support processes across the company.

You will collaborate with Sales Support, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and Supply Chain to improve OTC processes, analyze market trends and promotions, and support demand planning to improve forecast accuracy. CRM usage and cross‑functional coordination are key aspects of the role.

• Support teams in using the CRM tool effectively
• Ensure a flawless and efficient OTC process

As a Commercial Coordinator your responsibilities are very varied but with a main goal to optimize all commercial, logistics and sales support processes in the company. Concretely you will:

• You work closely with Sales Support, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure efficient commercial operations
• You support and optimize all ongoing commercial processes and give insights on how to make the collaboration between sales, sales support and logistics more efficient
• You analyze commercial figures, market tendencies, promotions to increase commercial insights
• You analyze demand planning processes, market tendencies in the sector to make sure the forecasts are more accurate
• You support sales, sales support, customer service and logistics teams in using the CRM tool well
• You guarantee a flawless and efficient OTC process
