Companion.energy is hiring a Commercial Manager to drive growth in DACH and Eastern Europe. You'll work with enterprise customers to valorize energy flexibility, translating complex optimization opportunities into real business outcomes.

Remote Germany role with travel, you will shape commercial strategy, close strategic deals, and build relationships with senior decision-makers across large energy users and software-enabled platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales, ideally SaaS, energy or industrial tech.
• Consultative selling approach to uncover and solve customer problems.
• Strong network or ability to build relationships with enterprise decision-makers in DACH.

You'll work with enterprise customers to help them understand and valorize their energy flexibility, translating complex optimization opportunities into real business outcomes.
