Editec is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive local retail and agent networks across Africa, reporting to the HQ Business Development team.

You will oversee sales analytics, licensing, budget planning, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Marketing, Accounting and IT to support expansion and onboarding of new markets.

The role involves field visits to stores, training agents, and rotations across countries to build operational knowledge for future regional roles.

Qualifications

• University degree (BA/Master).
• Excellent English, French a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and initiative.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyse sales data for each retail store and advise on increasing sales.
• Monitor agents' sales patterns and design performance-based pay models.
• Ensure accurate sales and cash collections by the local accounting team.
• Map territories and expand network via agents, new stores or franchises.
• Ensure Company standards across Retail, Marketing and Customer Service.
