Keystone Solutions is seeking a Collection Officer for a consultancy mission at the client site. You will be deployed by Keystone Solutions to handle collections within the client’s operations, adopting a consultant identity and delivering impactful projects.

The role requires strong Dutch and French communication, 50/50 on-site and homeworking, and prior experience in collections or contact centers. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with IT tools are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and spoken communication in Dutch and French.
• First experience in collection or contact centre is a plus.
• Education: at least a Secondary Education Certificate.

Responsabilités

Mission Overview:

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Collection Officer, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to deliver your expertise within the client’s operations environment, embracing the consultant identity and contributing to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Recover unpaid instalments to prevent customers from being transferred to litigation.
• Ensure day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• French: Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Education:

• At least Secondary Education Certificate.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• A first experience in the domain (collection and/or contact centre) is a plus.

Technical Experience:

• Good expertise in MS Office.
• Familiar with various IT tools.

Business Experience:

• Experience with phone calls and contact center (mandatory).
• Strong interest in finance and banking products (preferable).
