IMPACT is seeking a skilled individual to handle mechanical piecework in the metal sector, focusing primarily on gears. You will manage every aspect of the project from A-Z, including analyzing plans, setting up machines, and programming CNC-controlled equipment. This role requires movement in the workshop while ensuring quality.

You'll be working with cutting-edge metalworking machines, with a clientele in the medical and energy sectors. Experience with FANUC and SIEMENS is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical piecework in the metal sector.
• Ability to analyze plans for mechanical pieces.
• Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.

You will be given responsibility for a project that primarily involves piecework. Here you will have the opportunity to be involved from A-Z:

• Your focus will be on turning mechanical pieces within the metal sector (mainly gears).
• You analyze the plans to complete your work of the different pieces.
• You determine the necessary material (chisels and tools) and set up your machines.
• You also have (limited) responsibility for programming CNC controlled machines so that small series can be machined automatically.
• You continuously move around the workshop and monitor quality.
• You work on the newest metalworking machines.
• You will work with FANUC and SIEMENS.
• Customers are mainly in the medical and energy sectors.
