CNC Talent – Milling, Turning, Press Brake & Laser Cutting

We are hiring experienced CNC professionals for manufacturing companies across Belgium. We welcome applications from international skilled workers who are open to relocating for long‑term career opportunities.

Depending on your experience, you may work as a CNC Milling Operator, CNC Turner, Press Brake Operator, or CNC Laser Cutting Operator. Positions are available for both operators/setters and experienced programmers.

What you will do

Depending on the position:

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
• Set up and operate CNC turning machines.
• Operate and set CNC press brakes / bending machines.
• Operate CNC laser cutting machines.
• Load and unload materials and workpieces.
• Perform tool changes and machine adjustments.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Set and optimize machine parameters.
• Carry out dimensional and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with production, maintenance, and quality departments.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

What we offer

Salary & Bonuses

• Salary: €18.00 – €25.00 per hour (depending on experience and position)
• Shift allowance, depending on company and shift system
• End‑of‑year bonus

Relocation & Accommodation

• Utilities included (internet, water, gas, electricity, washing machine)
• Travel cost reimbursement up to €125 after 4 weeks of work

Who we are looking for

• Experience as a CNC Milling Operator / Setter / Programmer
• Experience as a CNC Turner / Setter / Programmer
• Experience as a Press Brake / Bending Machine Operator
• Experience as a CNC Laser Cutting Operator
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Knowledge of CNC machine operation and setup
• Ability to perform tool changes and machine adjustments
• Ability to identify and solve technical production issues
• Technical mindset and hands‑on approach
• Experience with industrial manufacturing or metalworking
• Willingness to relocate to Belgium
• Motivated to build a long‑term career

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following is considered a plus:

• Press Brake: Trumpf, Bystronic, LVD, Amada
• CNC programming and CAM
• Autodesk Fusion 360, SolidWorks or similar software
• 3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis machining
• Sheet metal processing
• Production of complex or precision components
• Quality control and dimensional measurement
• Preventive maintenance
• Process optimization and production improvement
