Camco Technologies, based in Heverlee, Belgium, is seeking a CNC milling operator who can machine metal components with precision. You will set up and adjust CNC machines for various runs and operate a loading robot, while performing quality checks to ensure specifications are met.

You will work in a two-shift system (early 6:00–14:30, late 13:30–22:00) and contribute to a safe, efficient workspace. Fluency in Dutch is required, and prior experience in machining is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC milling or strong affinity to CNC machining.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for your work.
• Accurate, quality-driven with an eye for detail.
• Fluent in Dutch; willing to work in a two-shift system: early and late shifts (6:00–14:30, 13:30–22:00).

Your Responsibilities

You will be based at Camco Technologies' headquarters in Heverlee and report directly to the Production Manager.

Profile

• You have experience with CNC milling or a strong affinity for CNC machining.
• You work independently and take responsibility for your work.
• You are accurate, quality-driven and have an eye for detail.
• You have a mature, hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
• Previous experience as a machine operator is an advantage.
• You are willing to work in a two‑shift system:
• Early shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Late shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
