Soleras Precision is seeking an experienced CNC machine operator to reinforce our team in Izegem. You will handle loading and unloading, ensure production flow and quality control on both series and single-piece work.

You should be hands-on, reliable, able to read technical drawings, work in a two-shift system and contribute to a safe, precise and clean manufacturing environment with room to grow within our growing business.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a two-shift system.
• Able to read technical drawings and maintain precision.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, accuracy and teamwork.

Responsabilités

We are looking for an experienced CNC machine operator to strengthen the team of Soleras Precision.

What to expect of the job?

• Ensuring optimal production flow (both series and single-piece work), including loading and unloading machines
• Checking and recording the quality of machined parts
• Replacing tools and making corrections where necessary

• You are flexible and willing to take on different tasks
• You are hands‑on and have a strong sense of responsibility
• You have good fine motor skills and a keen eye for detail
• You are willing to work in a two‑shift system
• You have strong mechanical insight, can read technical drawings, and have an eye for precision work
• You place great importance on quality, safety, accuracy, order, and cleanliness
• You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• You speak Dutch or English fluently
