Soleras Precision is seeking an experienced CNC machine operator to reinforce our team in Izegem. You will handle loading and unloading, ensure production flow and quality control on both series and single-piece work.

You should be hands-on, reliable, able to read technical drawings, work in a two-shift system and contribute to a safe, precise and clean manufacturing environment with room to grow within our growing business.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in a two-shift system.
• Able to read technical drawings and maintain precision.
• Demonstrates quality, safety, accuracy and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Loading and unloading machines and ensuring optimal production flow.
• Checking and recording the quality of machined parts.
• Replacing tools and making corrections where necessary.
