Jarugumallisolutions is seeking a Director-level transformation leader to define and steer large-scale, cross-functional programs in both private and public sectors. You will design cloud adoption roadmaps, govern procurement strategies, and align stakeholders across national and European policy contexts.

Fluent English and French are required to communicate with diverse networks, lead forums, and ensure resilient infrastructure initiatives, while driving strategic outcomes and value realization

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in defining and managing large transformation programs at director/strategic level.
• Proven ability to develop and implement cloud adoption strategies in complex organisations.
• Experience procuring cloud services from a buyer perspective in public or private sectors.
• Experience contributing to European IT policy work and multi-stakeholder forums.
• Strong command of English and French for international communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in defining and managing complex transformation projects, with a track record suitable for a Director or Strategic level position in private or public organisations.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in defining, developing and/or implementing cloud adoption strategies in the public or private sector.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud procurement from the buyer perspective.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in public international European policy making in the field of IT (contribution to working groups).
• Proven experience in animating large forums of stakeholders (e.g., networks, events).
• A certification in each of the following fields: (1) digital sovereignty, (2) cybersecurity challenges, and (3) critical infrastructure resilience.
• Excellent command of English and French.
