Our client, Tenth Revolution Group, is seeking a Technical Business Analyst in the Antwerp region (Hybrid). Join a technology-driven organisation operating a large-scale cloud-based platform.

You will bridge business stakeholders and development teams, translate requirements into functional specs, and help shape platform integrations and data flows. The role offers a salary up to €5,000 per month with flexibility for exceptional candidates, 4+ years experience, and a collaborative international

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or similar role.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Experience collaborating with software development teams.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and backend apps.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and data-oriented environments.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate complex needs into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure delivery.
• Define and support system and integration requirements.
• Participate in workshops and refinement sessions.
• Support prioritisation and validation throughout development.
• Act as advisor to business and technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process and platform improvements.
