Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon AWS cloud environment (IAM, EC2, ALB, CloudFront, CloudFormation, WAF, Monitoring, Storage, Cognito).
• Experience with enterprise Azure environments (IaaS and PaaS).
• Experience with Azure VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks, Load Balancers and Azure Monitor.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure enterprise-wide cloud environments (MS Azure or AWS).
• Provide Level 2/3 support for cloud related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner.
• Provision and maintain virtual machines, storage, and databases on cloud, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage and optimize cloud networking components like VPCs, subnets, route tables, VPNs, and Direct Connect.
• Automate the deployment and management of AWS or Azure resources using Terraform, or similar tools.
• Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks, such as instance management, backups, and scaling.
• Perform other duties, as may be required
