Job summary

McBride International in Belgium is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide Level 2/3 IdAM and cloud support, maintain Active Directory on premises, and optimize cloud components. The role focuses on investigating operational problems and ensuring high availability.

You'll automate deployments with Terraform or similar tools, develop scripts in Python/Bash/PowerShell, and work with Azure IaaS/PaaS, AD, and monitoring tools to keep the environment secure and responsive.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with NATO responsibilities and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for IdAM and cloud issues; investigate and resolve operational problems promptly.
• Maintain Active Directory on premises and provision Web Federation; ensure high availability.
• Manage and optimize cloud components across environments.
• Automate deployment and management of AWS/Azure resources using Terraform or similar tools.
• Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks such as instance management, backups, and scaling.
• Perform other duties as required.
