InTouch, a fast-growing SaaS company shaping traffic enforcement tech, seeks an experienced engineer to lead infra modernization, guide tech direction, and mentor peers. You will own end-to-end platform design with Kubernetes, Azure, Terraform and Grafana, while delivering reliable CI/CD and scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and operating scalable, high-availability infrastructure with cloud-native platforms and automation.
• Proven track record leading transformation projects, migrating legacy systems to modern stacks, and mentoring engineers.
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure, the Grafana stack and building CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions).
• Passion for best practices and for delivering stable, reliable and cost-effective solutions that support long-term ambitions.
• The ability to turn vision into action: defining project plans, assessing risks and ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Fluent in Dutch.

What you'll be doing

No more 3 AM firefighting. You'll build resilient platforms that scale and stay reliable, giving cities the tools to keep mobility running smoothly, without the chaos.

Modernising our stack. You'll transform legacy systems into future-proof solutions and play a leading role in shaping our evolving tech landscape.

Day to day, you will:

What you bring

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience designing and operating scalable, high-availability infrastructure, with a strong focus on cloud-native platforms, automation and reliability.
• A proven track record in leading transformation projects, migrating legacy systems to modern stacks, and mentoring engineers while fostering collaboration and technical excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Helm and ArgoCD for Kubernetes application management.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and containerized environments.

What we offer

Location: Hybrid, with 2 days a week at our office on the Droneport incubator campus in Sint-Truiden. The rest of the week you work from home.

Start date: As soon as you're ready.
