Job summary

Arxus is seeking a Cloud Agent in Belgium to be the first point of contact for customers, solve technical issues, and ensure cloud environments run smoothly. You will gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and grow within the cloud domain.

You’ll handle customer cases, monitor environments, and contribute to onboarding new colleagues. The role may include occasional on-site support and opportunities for training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or first IT support/helpdesk experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and interest in cloud tech.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

• Follow up on customer cases from request to resolution.
• Analyze alerts related to CPU, memory, disk usage, and monitoring.
• Manage DNS records and SSL certificates.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and answer technical questions.
• Monitor environments and proactively follow up on issues.
• Test new releases of the Arxus Portal and ServiceNow.
• Support the technical onboarding of new colleagues.
• Occasionally provide on-site support to customers.
