Arxus is seeking an AI Service Architect who blends deep Microsoft ecosystem knowledge with expertise in application and infrastructure architecture. You will help turn AI trends into business impact and shape our AI vision, evolving our service portfolio to unlock the full potential of AI.

Your mission is to bridge technology, business and innovation, designing end-to-end solutions grounded in Azure and the Microsoft stack, while staying close to customer needs and driving AI fluency across

• Reimagine our portfolio for an AI-first world. Map existing services and identify, service by service, where AI can sharpen the outcome and where AI becomes the outcome.
• Architect end-to-end. Design solutions that span application logic and the underlying infrastructure, grounded in Azure and the broader Microsoft stack.
• Stay close to the source. Maintain frequent, meaningful customer touchpoints so shifting needs are caught as they emerge.
• Bridge technology and business. Translate AI possibilities into concrete business value for our services and for customers building on them.
• Set the standard. Define architectural patterns, guardrails, and reference designs that enable scalable, AI-powered services.
• Be a multiplier. Share learnings, coach engineers and consultants, and raise the collective AI fluency across Arxus.
