Janssen Pharmaceutica in Beerse, Belgium, is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Coordinator – Order Management to join the Clinical Distribution team. You will set up master data for clinical studies, manage order processing in SAP, and interact with stakeholders across the organization.

You will maintain process flows in Power Automate and dashboards in Power BI, supporting the full Clinical Distribution Team.

Qualifications

• Master or bachelor in a scientific or economic field.
• Knowledge of clinical studies or willingness to learn.
• Awareness of quality and GMP regulations.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Experience with SAP systems.
• Self-driven, accurate and flexible.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and task following.
• Broad administrative logistics capabilities including order processing, inventory management and coordination of studies.
• Knowledge of PowerApps (Power BI, Power Automate).
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Set up master data for multiple clinical studies for distribution from Beerse distribution center.
• Accurately populate and update data in databases and systems.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships inside and outside the organization.
• Harmonize and standardize processes using lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage daily clinical order processing in SAP and generate logistics documents.
• Create and maintain process flows in Power Automate and dashboards in Power BI.
• Support the Clinical Distribution Team as needed.
