Job summary

EPM Scientific are partnering with a global Medical Device company to support clinical research in Electrophysiology. We seek a Clinical Research Specialist to execute and deliver company-sponsored trials across Europe, reporting to the Clinical R&D Manager.

The role requires collaboration with investigators, sites, and vendors to ensure compliant, timely study delivery. Responsibilities include planning, documentation, site management, data review, and safety coordination, with travel across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, site management, or clinical trial execution.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as required by study needs.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, set-up, execution, and close-out of clinical studies in compliance with ICH-GCP and regulations.
• Act as a primary contact for sites, investigators, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain essential clinical trial documents such as protocols and study manuals.
• Coordinate device logistics, tracking, accountability, and site support activities.
• Collaborate with CRAs and study teams on site management, monitoring visits, and data quality.
• Review data, track milestones and budgets, and support timely delivery of objectives.
• Contribute to safety activities including adverse event reporting and safety documentation.
