Stryker is seeking a Marketing Associate for Clinical Education to drive internal/external education and enablement for the Peripheral Vascular division in EMEA. You will turn clinical evidence into clear content and training for sales teams and healthcare professionals, collaborating with stakeholders across Medical Education, Marketing, Sales and Events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, healthcare, life sciences or related fields.
• Ability to manage projects to timely outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and presentation skills with English proficiency.
• Strong adaptability, attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to relate to stakeholders from different markets/cultures.
• Understand interdivisional procedures/policies.
• Ethics and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsabilités

• Learn products/therapies and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Develop curriculum/content for educational programs for internal/external audiences.
• Coordinate logistics, communications and compliance for events and programs.
• Deliver educational content in in-person, virtual and on-demand formats.
• Develop marketing collateral and sales tools.
• Collaborate with Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, Events and Congress Planning teams.
• Provide timely responses to customers and Sales inquiries.
• Support discussions with Medical Affairs.
• Coordinate contracts for faculty engagement.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Understand basic budgeting principles.
