Stryker is seeking a Marketing Associate for Clinical Education to drive education initiatives across the EMEA region. You will translate clinical evidence into engaging content and training for internal teams and healthcare professionals, supporting events, workshops and education programs with a compliant, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, healthcare, life sciences or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of engaging internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage projects with timely outcomes and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; ability to work with diverse markets across EMEA.

Responsabilités

• Develop and turn clinical evidence into educational content for internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assist curriculum/program development and event planning.
• Support marketing collaterals, sales tools and training materials.
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, congresses and events while ensuring compliance.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and liaise with Medical Affairs as needed.
