What you will do:

• In your new role, you will start with a comprehensive onboarding and familiarization phase to learn about our products/therapies, patient pathways and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Understand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting and positioning.
• Build knowledge of customer needs, patient pathways, competitive dynamics, and market trends to support execution of the Peripheral Vascular strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support the development and execution of meaningful marketing programmes, projects, and customer engagement initiatives aligned with the Peripheral Vascular strategy.
• Support in the development of sales tools and other sales enablement materials as needed.
• Perform sales and marketing analysis, gathering market insights.
• Support the planning, coordination and execution of internal and external events, congresses and educational programmes - ensuring high-quality experiences for customers and stakeholders.
• Provide timely responses to customers and/or Sales inquiries or needs.
• Aware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools and formats.
• Provide administrative and operational support for marketing initiatives, including contract management, vendor coordination, compliance processes, approvals, purchase orders and budget tracking.

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, preferably in marketing, business administration, healthcare, life sciences or any other relevant fields.
• Ability to accurately and effectively manage projects to ensure timely outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills – with proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and to also establish relationships/work in collaboration with others.
• Ability to relate to stakeholders and customers from different markets and cultures.
• Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
