Tata Consultancy Services in Belgium seeks a Client Partner to drive profitable growth for a focused CPG client portfolio. You will blend CXO relationship management with deal shaping and pipeline orchestration to maximize value and differentiate TCS in the local market.

Lead multi-tower engagements, own annual revenue and TCV targets, and collaborate with delivery, sales, and governance teams to ensure outcomes, margins, and long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years in enterprise sales / account leadership with CPG depth.
• Proven track record delivering multi-tower TCV $20–30Mn+ and annual revenue goals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; Flemish proficiency preferred.
• Strong governance, forecast discipline, CRM, and pipeline management.

Responsabilités

• Own growth and deal leadership for Belgium CPG portfolio.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast, and governance with CRM hygiene.
• Build CXO-level relationships and stakeholder maps.
• Partner with delivery to ensure outcomes, margins, and expansion paths.
• Monitor market and competitive moves to position TCS for wins.
