At EssenceMediacom, we are looking for a Client Operations Manager who is eager to create Breakthroughs together with us for our clients, including adidas, Airbnb, Milcobel, Perfetti Van Melle, Polestar, Proximus, Roularta, The Coca-Cola Company, and more.

Responsibilities

• Within your role, you will be responsible for project management and campaign management for selected clients.
• Project Management: Together with the Client Squad, ensure we deliver top-quality work to our clients.
• Help define the Squad’s agenda and priorities.
• Take responsibility for ensuring timely delivery of all projects, requiring strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Campaign Management: Ensure we receive timely and clear briefings from the client.
• Deliver plans together with the Client Squad and media experts within the agreed deadlines (with the support of our project management tool, Wrike).
• Provide our experts with the necessary information received from the Strategist and Communication Planner to develop detailed media plans (TV/Radio/Out-of-Home/Digital/Print).
• Follow up on client approvals of our plans.
• Coordinate the delivery of media materials with creative agencies (e.g., TV spots, radio spots, social media posts, posters, etc.).
• Guide campaign reporting during and after campaigns.
