Job summary

Cegeka is seeking a Client Officer Public Services in Belgium to strengthen existing client relationships while actively creating new business opportunities. You will stay close to clients, understand their needs and connect them with the right Cegeka experts.

You will proactively approach prospects, expand your network and contribute to a healthy commercial pipeline, account plans and client retention, while coordinating with sales, delivery and service teams across Cegeka.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant commercial or client-facing experience.
• Client-oriented with talent for building relationships and spotting opportunities.
• Enjoy approaching new prospects and building professional network.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Well organised, follow through on commitments and able to work with multiple teams.
• Eager to deepen knowledge of Cegeka’s solutions and services.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Based in Belgium and comfortable at client locations, Cegeka offices and from home.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients and understand their needs and priorities.
• Proactively approach new prospects, open doors and expand your professional network.
• Identify client needs, commercial opportunities and potential risks and turn them into concrete actions.
• Coordinate client questions and opportunities with sales, delivery, service teams and other Cegeka experts.
• Prepare client meetings and ensure effective follow-up of commitments, actions and opportunities.
• Contribute to account plans, client retention and the development of a healthy commercial pipeline.
• Keep client and opportunity information accurate and up to date.
