Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices within the assigned client portfolio.
• Follow up on the Key Account portfolio via phone and written communication.
• Manage complaints, disputes, and payment plans for all customer segments.
• Analyze and coordinate complex customer files with internal and external stakeholders.
• Investigate and ensure proper allocation of unassigned payments in collaboration with Accounting.
