You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent us within the client's Credit Risk Management environment, working with a squad responsible for risk data sourcing and a significant part of the calculation infrastructure.

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specialising in Credit Risk Management for a consultancy mission at a client site in Brussels. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions and represent us within the client's Credit Risk Management environment, working with a squad responsible for risk data sourcing and a significant part of the calculation infrastructure. The squad keeps the Risk Infrastructure operational and extends it to address new needs from Risk and other departments, with a particular focus on data sourcing and dissemination, LGD, EAD and securitisation. Current initiatives include CRR3, model recalibration and enhancement, structural model reviews, data quality review and improvement, funding improvements for ALM and funding capabilities, and accounting projects including the further roll‑out of a new accounting system, Forbearance and IFRS.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and write business requirements for IT.
• Prepare and execute tests and prepare GO/NO GO meetings.
• Develop queries, reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the IT department and project team during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with different requestors, mostly from the business side.

Language Requirements

• Dutch: fluent/good speaking and understanding, and basic/good writing. This level is required for at least either Dutch or French.
• French: fluent/good speaking and understanding, and basic/good writing. This level is required for at least either Dutch or French.
• English: fluent writing and good speaking and understanding.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent through experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Technical Expertise

• Medium to expert knowledge of standard Microsoft tools and technologies: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and VBA.
• Thorough SQL experience.
• Functional and technical analysis skills.
• Programming capabilities.
• Testing capabilities.

Preferred Technical Expertise

• Experience with SAS.

Business Experience

• Mandatory experience working in a large company or complex business environment.
• Preferably, credit or credit risk knowledge, including CRR3 and Basel III.
• Knowledge of a large banking environment, on the business side and/or within an IT department, is preferable.
